HOW OUR PRICING WORKS
We offer a free initial consultation for most services, giving you the opportunity to discuss your situation, understand your options, and determine the best path forward without obligation. From there, our discovery and standard consultation fees provide flexible support based on the depth of advice and assistance you need.
Whether you require help with financial dispute resolution, divorce or de facto financial settlements, property and body corporate disputes, or other legal services, our pricing structure is designed to provide professional guidance with clarity and confidence.

Project Fees
Fixed‑fee projects are designed to give you clarity and confidence from the outset. Each project includes a defined scope, structured support, and clear deliverables.
How Project Fees Work
- 50% is paid upfront to secure your project and begin work .
- 50% to be paid at the agreed milestone or before final delivery.
- Additional work outside scope is billed at the Standard Consultation rate

Each consultation is focused, practical, and designed to keep your matter moving forward with clarity and momentum. These consultations can be booked via email, or by completing our contact form.
Discovery Consultation – 50 minutes
The Discovery Consultation is a deeper, more detailed session designed to fully understand your situation and the outcomes you’re hoping to achieve. We take the time to explore the background of your matter, identify the key issues, clarify any documents or timelines, and discuss the options available to you. By the end of this session, you’ll have a clear sense of the pathway forward and the recommended next steps tailored to your circumstances.
